It really bothers us when we miss a story on such a cool product. Last month, Aven, Inc. officially launched the iLoupe™, the world's first digital portable digital camera and field microscope combination. We didn't discover this until we saw mention of a rebate on this item over at DigitalCameraInfo.com. The iLoupe is a specially designed version of Canon's Powershot SD600, in which the lens can be removed and replaced by microscopic modules with magnifications ranging from 60x to 150x. Aven is also offering a $300 rebate on the Starter Pack and a $350 rebate on the Pro Pack.
