Quark Inc. announced today that its new alliance with GretagMacbeth adds best-of-breed color fidelity to the latest upgrade of QuarkXPress. Quark and its new color partner, GretagMacbeth, have re-engineered the QuarkXPress color engine around GretagMacbeth's color technology so that QuarkXPress 7 preserves the integrity of color control from screen to output -- putting more precise color control in the hands of designers.
GretagMacbeth and Quark have made color management more seamless by delivering more predictable color output with the QuarkXPress 7 software. Designers have complete control over color output without needing to become color experts, resulting in top-notch color management with minimum effort and maximum satisfaction.
